Refunds & Returns

ROAR Refund & Return Policy

All refunds and/or returns must be initiated via email, phone, or in person prior to return process being approved.

Item must be returned in original packaging and be able to be sold as new.

If item is returned in accordance with above policy, the item may be exchanged for similar item of equal or less value.

Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after receiving the returned item as long as the returned item meets the above policy conditions. Refund will be credited via payment method used to pay for purchase.

WARRANTY issues/returns please contact us and we will find the best method for you to either get a replacement item or have your item repaired.
